I hope this group although dormant still exist.
I see this topic was presented about 3 years ago, however I would like to revisit the subject.
What tools are you using for localhost development. Additionally, do you have permission (licenses) from campus procurement to use those tools, even if they are open source.
My department has been informed that we can no longer download Acquia Dev Desktop and a host of other Drupal development tools due to a licensing issue. Has anyone else received this notification?
