Rama is the Manager for Department of Information Technology Service Strategy Operations & Business Support - Platform, Data & Application Administration (DIT-SSOBS). DIT SSOBS supports UMD campus wide web hosting.
The meeting will be an informal conversation to discuss the following planned items:
- Current offerings for Drupal Hosting
- The process of getting these services
- Service Level Agreements and Expectations (SLAs)
- DevOps
We hope that this meeting is timely in navigating web infrastructure choices within current budgetary constraints in fulfilling our mandates to our various units on campus. In addition, we will have a 15 minute Question and Answer (QA) session.
